Carolyn leads Synchronicities' Human Resources practice. With over 40 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, she specializes in talent management, employee development, and workplace culture. She has experience in for-profit and not-for profit organizations in a variety of industries. Carolyn has held executive HR roles at Service Coordination, Inc., Catholic Relief Services, KCI Technologies, Inc. and Black & Decker. She has held executive roles, leading HR teams to recognition as Top Workplaces at a local, regional, and national level. Carolyn holds an MS in International Business from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Business Administration from Towson University. A Certified Compensation Professional, she is committed to strengthening team engagement and driving organizational effectiveness.
